Lion's Mane vs Reishi: Which One for What?
Are Lion's Mane and Reishi interchangeable?
No. They're different species with different traditional uses and different daily rhythms. Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is traditionally taken in the morning as part of a focus routine. Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is the evening mushroom, traditionally used to wind down at the end of the day.
Can you take both?
Yes — they slot into different ends of the day, which is exactly how our range is organised: Lion's Mane in the morning, Reishi or CALM in the evening. Mushrooms are a functional food, taken daily and consistently.
How long until you notice anything?
Functional mushrooms are slow by nature. Give any mushroom routine a consistent 30–90 days before judging it — see our What to Expect protocol. If it isn't for you, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies, no hoops.
