Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with our product, Mala Wellness offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at hello@mala-wellness.com.au and return the product at your expense to our address.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.

Returns
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. In compliance with Australian Consumer Protection laws, Mala Wellness provides a full refund for any product returned within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

If you wish to return your item, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason. If your issue cannot be resolved, we will process a refund once we receive the product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days. All refunds are subject to Mala Wellness’ discretion.
